JAMMU, Mar 16: The General Administration Department is contemplating to place the suitable eligible Junior Scale KAS officers of 2011 batch, in the Selection Grade (non-functional).
As per details available with Cross Town News , The suitability of the officers has to be evaluated as per the following considerations; i) the officer must have completed five years of service in the Junior Scale of KAS ii) the officer must have successfully completed the period of probation iii) the officer must have satisfactory Annual Performance Reports and clear Vigilance Status.
The order states "To obtain the latest vigilance status of the officers, a complete and upto-date detail of posting of the officers is required. In this context all the Administrative Departments where Junior Scale KAS officers of 2011 batch are presently posted, are impressed upon to furnish the requisite information immediately as per the enclosed proforma. A copy of Government Order No. 922-GAD of 2015 dated 1-7-2015 is enclosed herewith, indicating the Junior Scale KAS officers of 2011 batch presently posted in different departments.
The departments can respond on gad-ik@nic.in or mailtokas2016@ amall.= also. Furthermore all the concerned officers are required to expedite submission of their Annual Performance Reports for the fiscal 2013-14, 2014-15 and 2015-16 within 15 days from the issuance of this circular."
