JAMMU, Apr 1: Finance Department has directed that Public Financial Management System (PFMS) and Budget, Estimation, Allocation and Monitoring System (BEAMS) portals should be monitored regularly by all the Finance and Planning Department officers on a weekly basis to ensure 100% utilization of Central funds (Capex and Revenue).
The direction has been passed by Principal Secretary to the Government, Finance Department after reviewing the monitoring mechanism and progress of Centrally Sponsored Schemes for their effective implementation.
