Jammu, Feb 29: Non compliance of LG's Administrative Councils Decision No 17/1/2022 dtd 29th Jan 2022, which was followed by GO No 18-JK(Rev) of 2022 dtd 4th Feb 2022 by which time bound instructions were issued to DCs to complete the issue of harassment to thousand of innocents of J&K on 'Gair Mumkin Khad Lands", still hanging in fire despite lapse of more than 02 years especially in Jammu district.
DC Jammu is using the phrase it is "Policy matter" issue, but it could not be understood what Policy is required even after policy made by Administrative Council J&K headed by Lieutenant Governor to clear the issues in three months.
