JAMMU, Feb 26: Whether Jammu and Kashmir , Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand to get exemption from Transfers guidelines related to Elections ?
Election Commission issued fresh guidelines for transfers of Officers involved in Elections related process which were to be implemented by 3 pm on Feb 26.
Sources told Cross Town News that J&K , Uttrakhand , Himachal Pradesh can get exemption or one of them may get exemption , keeping on account upto five Parliamentary Constituencies and difficult terrain in addition to large number of districts forming Parliamentary constituency in these STtes/UTs.
As per details with Cross Town News, implementation was to be done by 3 pm of 26th February , but not done in atleast on the above mentioned States/UT.
