Srinagar, Feb 13: Normal life in valley has been again affected today as a complete shutdown has been observed against the killings of civilians in Frisal, Kulgam on Seperatists called for a Valley wide shutdown.
Reports said that all shops, commercial establishments, education institutes etc. were closed along with transport has also noticed off the roads.
