Srinagar, 12 Feb: National Conference condemned the killing of two civilians in an encounter between militants and Army at Frisal Kulgam and demanded an impartial and time bound probe into the killing.
MLA Homshalibugh Adv. Ab Majeed Bhat Larmi lashed out at the forces for resorting to brute force resulting in death of two civilians and injuries to scores out of which two have been seriously injured. He alleged that forces not just used shells and pellet guns on people in the area but also damaged their properties.(Input from agencies)
