JJAMMU,Feb 12: Justice Badar Durrez Ahmed, a Delhi High Court judge is expected to be the new Chief Justice of J&K, sources told Cross Town News

Mr Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar, the incumbent Chief Justice of J&K High Court is superannuating on March 14, 2017.

Justice Ahmad is the son of India’s former president Dr Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed.

Justice Ahmad has been acting Chief Justice of Delhi High Court twice.
