JAMMU, Feb 01: Independent MLA Er Rasheed on Wednesday said that PDP raked up Article 370 to win Anantnag and Srinagar By Polls.
In a statement issued , Rasheed said that by bringing up the issue of Article 370 PDP is trying to befool the people of Kashmir by pretending it has taken BJP head on for the people of Kashmir.
He said that it is an attempt to help PDP in Anantnag and Srinagar Parliamentary by polls.
