RAMBAN, JANUARY 31: Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Aijaz chaired a meeting to discuss various issues related to Public Services Guarantee Act (PSGA), with concerned officers, here today.
The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Angrez Singh Rana, Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Mushtaq Chowdhary, Assistant Commissioner Revenue (ACR) Vevaik Puri, SDM Gool, SDM Banihal, Executive Engineers of PHE and PDD, CMO, DFOs, ARTO, AD FCS&CA and other district officers.
The ADC apprised about the implementation status of PSGA in the district.
The DC directed the officers to ensure timely disposal of applications and submission of information under PSGA to his so that such cases are disposed off within the prescribed period.
To make the people fully aware, the DC directed the officers to display the guidelines regarding the Act in their respective offices. He also exhorted upon the concerned officers to maintain a register in their respective offices for recording all grievances of the people and to keep regular check on them.
