UDHAMPUR, Jan 31: The three day Winter Carnival -2017 concluded at Patnitop here today.
Cultural programmes like Kud and Dogri folk dance were presented by the artists of J&K Cultural Academy on the concluding day of the carnival. Besides this, various sports events like snow skiing, snow zorbing and snow sledging were also organized on the occasion.
A large number of tourists from within and outside the state participated in the event with great enthusiasm.
Among others, CEO PDA Rakesh Sangral and other officers of tourism department were present in the occasion.
