UDHAMPUR, JANUARY 30 - District Development Commissioner, Niraj Kumar today held a meeting to review the preparedness of starting Adhaar and NPR enrolments in the district.
The DC informed that the already filled NPR forms during the process of updation of NPR and seeding of Adhaar are to be kept readily available so that the people get a copy of this form from the concerned which will be followed by the pasting of stamp size photograph on the form duly attested by Tehsildar/ Naib Tehsildar before capturing biometrics for Adhar. The DC further informed that the duly attested forms will be kept available in the permanent enrollment centres(PEC) for capturing the Biometrics of the resident.
Besides this, the District Coordinator was directed to ensure that all the BME Kits are updated and are ready for the installation at all PECs. Besides this, he was also asked to ensure availability of adequate number of scanners and printers in all the PECs.
DC also asked all the Tehsildars and CEO MC to furnish the Utilization Certificate and Red account of all the funds released under NPR.
Among others, Joint Director Planning, Rakesh Jamwal, ACD Om Prakash, ACR Subhash Chander Dogra, CEO MC Santosh Kotwal, DSEO Ashok Kumar, Tehsildar Udhampur Javed Iqbal, State coordinator UIDAI, Nighat Mir besides other district officers were present in the meeting.
