Jammu, Jan 30: When CM Mehbooba Mufti started her speech on grants to the departmenst, Congress MLAs interrupted her speech and started waving hands, papers and started shouting slogans. Congress MLA Nawang Rigzin Jora asked that CM should clarify whether Burhan Wani was a militant or not.
