Jammu, June 18: There are fixed guidelines to notify Recruitment Rules & to conduct DPCs of various departments in time bound manner but not bothered.
It is also a question, why to prefer delay in final notifications of RRs & to delay DPCs for years just to adopt "Pick & choose”.
It is to mention here that till today, JMC was following Recruitment Rules of 1970 but that where they like to promote their "Blue Eyeds" despite no sanctioned post?
However, proved case of illegality can be proved from promotion of Officer, who borne on the cadre of JE but was promoted up to Commissioner level without Recruitment Rules & now Govt vide order dated: 24.04.2026 promoted promoted one Engineer as Xen from 30.06.2010 & SE from 12.07.2024, when the said post was not on the sanctioned strength & cadre of JMC.
However, after publications by Cross Town News, Govt ultimately after 56 years , notified Recruitment Rules of JMC(Gazetted Services), details with CTN read as under:-
