Jammu, Jan 24: Number of Nodal Officers do not bother to reply as per requirements asked by the applicants in their grievances by making applicants to file new grievance in Grievance Cell.
However, CTN is in possession of LOT of such grievances which are still pending in various offices for its Final Disposals but with results on ground not in papers & top among all is Gr No 999001100747 & 999001100781 filed in Div Com/DC Jammu in March 2019 over a serious public issue but were being not acted upon & thereafter "Finally Disposed" with comments of Nodal Officer of DC Office Jammu but outcome/Final disposal of the said issue is hanging in fire by the DC Office Jammu, needed to be acted upon.
Another so called work culture in DC Office Jammu can be observed from disposal by Nodal Officer for accepting ambiguous 'Final Disposals" of Nodal Officer of another department but without reading the facts as were requested on continued 04 grievance filed in Govt Grievance Cell for which so called Nodal Officer has finally disposed in a doubtful manner to Gr no. 999004506884, 999004357670, 999004342552, 999004214684, if enquired wrt grievance filed & disposal shall speak the truth that how grievances are bothered.
It has been also observed that after marking of various representations by DC, are not being bothered on ground despite reminders by the applicant nor they are replied for any actions speaks of work culture in DC Office.
DC Jammu is conducting a review meeting on Pendencies on JKIGRAMS & if he review the above said disposal made by his Nodal Officer wrt to contents of grievance filed shall speak the truth.
