REASI, JANUARY 21: Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), Jal Shakti Department, Shaleen Kabra, today held a public grievances redressal camp at far off Sungri village in Mahore Sub Division of Reasi.
District Development Commissioner Reasi, Vishesh Mahajan, Mission Director, Jal Jeevan Mission, Dr. G N Itoo, SSP Reasi, Amit Gupta and other senior officers were present on the occasion.
ACS, assured the gathering that their demands and grievances would be fulfilled in a time bound manner & highlighted the commitment of LG government towards addressing public grievances through various programs.
But his such kind of statements raised a pointer , as one can see from the live episode of harassing thousand of innocents for not resolving the issue of "Gair Mumkin Khad Lands" despite being Pr Secretary Revenue/FCR & in non compliance of LGs Administrative Councils Decision dtd 29th Jan 2022 followed by Revenue Departments Govt Order dtd 4th Feb 2022 & tiil day he is FCR since November 2020 & never bothered to act on Revenue Officers for such a big non compliance of LG, what more public can expect from such like of top bosses?
It is to mention here that to further make process more hectic and delaying , he put new observations over & above SRO-456 of 2017. Administrative Councils Decision & GO dtd 4th Feb 2022 but that in 2023, no doubt speaks of overruling LG/CS's orders.
