J&K Govt Constitutes A Committee To Identify/revisit On Illegal Appointments

Srinagar, March 11: The Health and Medical Education Department constituted a five members committee to monitor the exercise of identifying and revisiting illegal appointments in the heath department, order copy with CTN reads as:-

Director Finance, Heath and Medical Education Department will head the committee as chairman while Additional Secretary to the Government,H&ME, Additional Secretary (law), H&ME, Under Secretary, H&ME and Section Officer are the members of the committee.

"Sanction is hereby accorded to the constitution of the committee to monitor the exercise of identifying/ revisiting the illegal appointments in Health Department as reported by Audit and Inspection Department and all other illegal appointments and take a policy decision once for all to settle the issue by applying a common yard stick to 2274 employees and also take a decision against the officers/officials, who were involved in the illegal appointments in the Health Department & it has been ased to submit its report within 30 days from the issuence of order".
