Jammu, Dec 11: In CPSW No.215/2017 titled Basant Ram Vs S. K. Abrol and others after hearing HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE PUNEET GUPTA, JUDGE ORDERED as:-
Mr. Suneel Malhotra, learned Government Advocate assures the Court that the order of the Court shall be complied with by the respondents on the next date of hearing.
In view of the assurance one more opportunity is granted to Mr. Malhotra, to do the needful in terms of order dated 13.10.2023.
In case the compliance report is not filed respondent No.1-Director, Animal Husbandry Department Jammu, shall remain present in person before the Court on the next date of hearing. List on 20.12.2023.
