Learned counsel for the respondents is directed to produce the original file of the meeting of Building Operation Controlling Authority, Jammu Municipal Corporation held on 17.04.2021 which resulted in issuance of order no. JMC/BS/2021-22/85-89 dated 24.04.2021 thereby purportedly cancelling the building permission issued in favour of the petitioners vide no. 260/BS/2017 dated 05.08.2017.
