Srinagar, Dec 2: The Court of Additional Sessions Judge Budgam (Fast Track), Aijaz Ahmad Khan awarded life imprisonment to one Mushtaq Ahmad Pandit of Tangnar Kralpora after convicting him of the murder of his wife for the offence under Section 302 of the Ranbir Penal Code .
It said that the execution of the sentence should be subject to confirmation by the High Court in terms of Section 376 CrPC.
