Jammu, Dec 2:So many time orders/instructions of LG & instructions issued by Chief Secretary in various CoS meetings are not implemented.
Now, one more such order for seeking details of officer/officials working at one place more than 05 years was sought within a weeks time but thereafter no actions has ben seen on ground for shifting such officers.
