Jammu, Nov 20: In CPSW No. 157/2010 titled Mukesh Kumar V/s Alok Kumar and others after hearing HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD CHATTERJI KOUL, JUDGE ORDERED as:-
The judgment passed on 18.12.2009 has not been complied with till date, which makes it clear that the respondents are deliberately avoiding the implementation of the same and, thus, have committed contempt of the Court.
Accordingly, the respondents No. 1 and 2, i.e., Sh. Alok Kumar (IRS), Principal Secretary to Government, School Education Department, J&K and Sh. Ashok Kumar Sharma (JKAS), Director, School Education Department, Jammu shall remain present on the next date of hearing to explain as to why proceedings shall not be initiated against them. In the event, the judgment is implemented in its letter and spirit by or before the next date of hearing, the said respondents need not to appear on the next date of hearing. List on 29.11.2023
