Jammu, Oct 20: One case of "Muscle Powers" of one Executive Engineer can be observed & proved from the communication made by his superior Engineers to ACS, DC, SSP, CE, SHO with clear allegations but none of the Officers bothered to take actions till today ?
Insiders also informed Cross Town News that the said Executive Engineer by misusing his official powers self drive Govt Vehicle to Jammu but without driver, otherwise one cannot leave the HQ beyond some prescribed distance & without permission of DC.
Insiders said Xen had issued supply order for furniture etc. out of funds allotted for "REPAIR & RENNOVATION".
It is also talk of the town due to his short temperness, he is using abusive language with his sub ordinates by this way or the other & is an undesired matter & needed to be acted upon!
It is also to mention here that the boss Executive Engineer was not available at his HQ Kathua yesterday & DC Kathua should enquire, whether he had taken permission to leave the station & for what Govt job?
However, copy of complaint with Cross Town News filed by Superintending Engineer to top bosses for his abusive & unparliamentary language to top officers of Kathua Administration & others but no actions by any one till today raised some undesirable questions on so called transparent & efficient administration?
