Jammu, Oct 10: In CPSW No. 372/2017 titled Rashpal Singh V/s K.A. Shah and others after hearing HON’BLE MRS. JUSTICE SINDHU SHARMA, JUDGE ORDERED as:-
In terms of order dated 21.07.2023, this Court took a serious view of non-compliance of judgment dated 15.11.2014 passed in SWP No. 475/2005 titled ‘Rashpal Singh vs. State of J&K and others’, and directed the Commissioner Secretary to Government, General Administration Department, UT of J&K to explain as to why this Court shall not frame rule against him attending the facts and circumstances of the case.
02. It was only on the submission of Mr. Raman Sharma, learned AAG, that he was granted four weeks’ time for doing the needful.
03. Today, Mr. Raman Sharma, learned AAG, submits that he requires some more time for filing compliance report in terms of order dated 21.07.2023. 04.
In the interest of justice, one last and final opportunity of three weeks is granted to Mr. Raman Sharma, learned AAG, for doing the needful in terms of order dated 21.07.2023.
05. However, it is made clear that if the needful is not done by the next date, the respondent No. 1-Commissioner Secretary to Government, General Administration Department, UT of J&K shall appear in person on the next date of hearing. 06. List on 04.11.2023.
