Srinagar, Nov 25: Rohit Kansal, IAS has been accorded farewell by his Kashmir Division colleagues as he has been transferred to Govt of India.
Now, following his transfer the said post has fallen vacant followed by Finance, FCR, Youth Services & Sports being run with additional charge.
