UDHAMPUR, SEPTEMBER 30: Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Saloni Rai is trying her level best to streamline the system in her district but till day the subordinate officers would not have briefed her regarding pending issues lying in her office & in the district for disposals without which the goal cannot be achieve.
This illegal & undesired act of concerned officers of DC Office should be treated with iron hands for playing delay tactics, which otherwise speaks of negligence of duties on their part causing harassment to innocents on their fault only.
It is to mention here that DC Udhampur is the Chairman of BOCA of a prestigious Tourist Spot of J&K, namely PATNITOP but is being ignored by lot of means & top among all is not getting revised issue of Revised Master Plan of PDA since years & till day allowing building bye laws of Master Plan of 2000 which is totally & 100% illegal & is violation of Development Act of 1970?
Pertinent to mention here that after months then DC after publications of Cross Town News conducted a BOCA meeting of PDA & but did not sign minutes of meeting of BOCA & thereafter was transferred & till day that "MINIUTES OF MINUTES" are waiting for their outcome since the day in DC Office, which clearly speaks of so called public deliverances in JKUT Govt & time to act on defaulting officers by DC for not briefing her regarding such long pending issues in her office?
