Jammu, Jan 16: Mohammad Yousuf Tarigami, MLA today termed the budget as disappointment for the unemployment youth in the state.
He said that there is unemployment in every village and town, while educated youth are begging before the Government, finance minister has not even touched that issue. He accused finance minister of deceiving youth of the state, by making fake promises to them in the previous budgets.
Government has stated that committee will be constituted to look for the regularization of daily wagers and casual labors seems impossible.
He also said that, finance minister is making predictions that are too far from the reality on ground. Budget is for one year and when finance minister says that 7th pay commission will be implemented next year that means he is making predictions, that have never happened before.
