JAMMU, Sep 27:The new guidelines by Principal Secretary Finance Jammu and Kashmir, Santosh Vaidya on GP fund Advance/Withdrawal or Refundable advance stand issues.
Now , it has to be seen whether it shall be implemented on ground or not.
Couple of people speaking to Cross Town News said that there are directions by Government to issue Refundable Advance at the earliest, but in substantial number of cases, it is taking lot of time.
They demanded Principal Secretary Finance J&K , to issues directions over speeding up process for clearing Refundable advance.
