SRINAGAR , Sep 21: Indian Corporate Law Service Officer, Haamid Bukhari has been nominated by Union Ministry of Corporate Affairs along with 21 other officers to attend the Mid Career training program at the campus of Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs.
The purpose and content of this one month curriculum is to train the officers in the topics of Inquiry, Inspection and Investigation. Further the aspects and techniques of Evidence collection, Search and Seizure etc are taught in great detail with practical case studies by the officers of ICLS cadre who are currently manning the office of Serious fraud investigation office across Delhi and Kolkata.
The training program has commenced from 18th September and has four modules, devoting each one to Investigation, Court matters, Search and seizure, confiscation & attachment of property and to forensic accounting etc.
