Jammu, Jan 15: As the current financial year is nearing end, the Jammu & kashmir Government has directed all heads to submit their Results Framework Documents (RFD) to check utilization of funds in the current financial year.
As per sources , Most of the heads have failed to prepare RFD for the past three years so why the directive have been issued to heads to submit the RFD or face action.
Sources told Cross Town News that lack of coordination between various departments for not seeking concurrence from the planning, finance and monitoring departments before starting various developmental schemes is one reason.
Chief Secretary also passed an order fe months ago and asked departments to take views of above mentioned departments.
Planning development and monitoring department acts as a nodal agency to look after the implementation of planning process in the state.
