JAMMU, Jan 15: Lot of peoples informed Cross Town News that many of the Ministers during public meet hours remain busy with MLAs etc in their retiring rooms leaving commoners to wait even during meeting hours.
Lot of the visitors to the Civil Secreteriat alleged that they had visited the Secretariat on many occasions to meet ministers for some works but could not find him in the office.
The General Public is allowed to enter the secretariat after 1 PM and Ministers /Commissioners should be available atleast for 1 hour a day to meet public but the situation is all together a different one.
Common people have to undergo three tier security check before entering into the Secretariat. Despite getting frisked and checked visitors find it hard to meet the people whom they voted to power.
People told Cross Town News that when Ministers/Commisisioners are in their offices , their high headed peons rush them away by saying " Sahib meeting mai busy hai".
Will Top people look into Public visiting hours and their availablity for Commoners to get their works done, if not done at lower level.
