Pertinent to mention here that Jammu Master of 2032 was notified in March, 2017 & as per Development Act of 1970, subsequently, Zonal Plans were to be notified by JDA for more detailing of Land Uses as per the Zones but the incompetent CTPs of JDA/JMC/TPO did not bother for the issue causing harassment to innocents for their building permissions.
Above all, is that so many proposed roads have been reflected in the said Master Plan of 2032 but despite lapse of more than 06 years none of the so called proposed road has been notified by JDA but CTPs of JDA/JMC are rejecting grant of Building permissions on the private plots by quoting as " Proposed Road".
But, on a particular spot at Birpur, Purmandal Road, where VC JDA/CTP JDA have rejected a building permission with different observations but after intervention of Pr Secretary H&UDD, VC JDA changed his stand & communicated to Govt that building permission cannot be considered as a " PROPOSED ROAD " is passing through the plot vide no. JDA/CTP/000176/388 Dated. 1.10.2022 & in the same letter VC JDA rejected the observations made by incompetent CTP of JDA in rejection of building permission but till date neither Govt nor VC JDA took actions on Jagdish Hans CTP JDA for his illegal act?
Above all it is to mention here that if VC JDA after personal visit on the spot communicated to Govt that a proposed road is passing through the plot, what he did for illegal constructions allowed by JDA in the way of said so called proposed road, which is clear from the below snapshot of proposed road of JDA as marked black on the same spot but had allowed constructions even in Red Marked Zone, speaks of vested considerations on the part of JDA Officers, which is needed to be acted upon in " Bharshtachar Mukt J&K" week.
