Jammu, Jan 12 : National Conference MLA from Nagrota and provicial president, Devender Singh Rana on Thursday said that Drabu is only a dream merchant, who has nothing to show on ground instead of dreams.
Rana while pointing at Drabu in the assembly said budget is not only about figures, but it is about values and aspirations, which you have failed to meet.
Rana said that in last three budgets presented by Drabu, there is nothing implemented on ground.
