JAMMU, Aug 28: Promotion as Chief Engineers soon in Jammu and Kashmir.
 
Sources told Cross Town News that Jal Shakti Department Functionaries interacted with 13 Superintending Engineers.
 
Sources told Cross Town News that around 10 among them likely to be promoted as Chief Engineers.
