JAMMU, Aug 23: In 1989 kidnapping case, Court issued bailable warrant against Rubaiya Sayeed sister of Mehbooba Mufti.
Rubaiya Sayeed was summoned by Tada Court, Jammu, whereas she was supposed to present for cross-examination, but she didn't appear.
Court issued a bailable warrant against her and next date of hearing is Sep 21.
Bailable Warrant against Rubaiya Sayeed has been withdrawn , Advocate Anil Sethi told Cross TownNews.
Anil Sethi said Bailable Warrant has been withdrawn on projection of correct facts.
