Jammu, August 17 It is pertinent to mention that lot of complaints stand mailed to Pr Secretary, Commissioner, JMC & VC JDA but no actions on the CTP by any one despite proved illegalities along with his team speaks of not understanding the technical issue by the bosses or do not want to understand to help Raina to harass the innocents of Jammu.

A RTI was filed to Anil Raina on 13.07.2022 with receipt No. 4376 to get information of some technical points regarding Bye Laws not in MP 2032 as per permitting uses on which the bosses made fool of innocents.

It is a well idiom of the days that " JOOTH SAR CHAD KER BOLTA HEY" , Anil Raina to show his efficiency replied the RTI, which will show the harassment caused by Commissioners JMC, VC JDA, CTPs, BOCA Members & their team for adopting pick & choose for proved vested considerations.

Now, one can cautiously see the reply of Anil Raina & his incompetant team that RTI filed on 13.07.2022 but he replied on 13.06.2022 means one month prior to receiving the RTI?

2ndly, he himself wrote in reply that RTI was received on 27.06.2022 by his office, reply has been received through speed post by the applicant on 17h August, which is clear from the envelope as snapshot no. 1.

Now, the big question of the integrirty of Anil Raina, JMC/JDA & his team can be blasted by referring the case of RTI & his reply to ACB as others proved incompetant officers as till date could not understood the simple issue of harassment of the boss Anil Raina , may be resons best known to them.

If some one shall compair the reply of the boss Anil Raina w.r.t. RTI application & uses permitted & itemwise missing bye laws create a new story of incompetance of all the concerned officers with proof.

Now, if Pr Secretary, H&UDD, Commissioner, JMC, VC, JDA or Govt is interested to stop corruption should act on Raina's reply as per RTI application w.r.t. items of uses permitted & no itemwise Bye Laws in MP-2032.

However, the below snapshots, if read throghly speaks the truth of the fraud by H&UDD as a whole under the impression of Anil Raina/Jagdish Hans, the CTPs?
