PUDUCHERRY, July 16: IAS Officer hailing from Jammu and Kashmir, Yasin Choudhary appointed Secretary in Puducherry , got charge of 5 Departments.

Yasin was recently transferred to Puducherry from Jammu and Kashmir.

yasin has held prolific postings in Jammu and Kashmir like DC Poonch , MD JPDCL.
