As per reports fire broke out in one of the shops at around 8 pm and engulfed the adjoining shops and the residential house. After noticing the flames, people rushed out of their homes and informed the local police.
Police party rushed to the spot and joined the rescue operation. Locals said that a cylinder blast also took place inside one of the shops due to which massive damages took place. They said that after hours long operation, the fire was brought under control.
