JAMMU, July 05:Former J&K Minister and senior Congress Leader Vikar Rasool likely to be the new President of J&K Congress Unit.
Sources told Cross Town News, with Elections around the corner in Jammu and Kashmir, Congress National unit wants to solve issues of factions emerging and to unite the party in J&K.
Sources said consensus has been made on name of Vikar Rasool in high level meeting and official announcement can be made soon.
