Jammu, June 24: Jammu and Kashmir Govt broke the deadlock after a long in placement of Engineers in the higher posts and placed 20 Assistant Ex Engineers as Executive Engineers & the said act has been appericiated by the Chairman, Association of Engineers & the concerned incumbants, who were waiting for their due placements.
