Rajesh Gupta

Jammu, May 10: A latest Court order dtd 08.04.2022, in whch Advocate General of J&K had  given a statement that the order of FCR dtd. 22.10.2020 has lost its force as in compliance to Administraive Council order dtd. 29.01.2022, Revenue Department had issued an order 04.02.2022 by which a three tier committe has been constituted to decide the issue in three months but in compliance to SRO-456 of 2017 dtd 25th October 2017 in Section 5(2) which was issued 4.6 years back, which openly raised a pointer towards working of J&K Govt? But had the FCR reversed his illegal order till today.

Pertinent to mention here that if the guidelines issued in SRO-456 was to follow, what action Govt will take on defaulting top Revenue Officers for not implemention the said SRO, which was issued 4.6 byears back & caused harassment to thousand of innocents in the cruel clutches of such kind of officers and  caused loss to Govt Exchequer by way of litigastion fee & multi crore by way of stamp duty fee in sale/purchase of such kind of lands, which were never stopped by any Govt order.

However, Court order copies with CTN speaks the whole truth of harassment to thousand of innocents.
