JAMMU, May 05: Pr Secretary Revenue, FCR, DCs have taken slow approach over Gair Mumkin Khad land issues over the years.
LG J&K approved directions in AC to complete demarcation in time bound manner by considering the already issued SRO-456 of 2017 dtd 25th October 2017 around 4.6 years back.
But as usual, DCs did not bother , however after publication by Cross Town News , only outgoing DC Jammu Anshul Garg acted and published notice on public domain for two jurisdiction.
But, it is a big question on other DCs for non compliance of LG's orders over the issue which is causing thousand of crore loss to Govt Exchequer by way of stamp duty fee?
