Jammu, April 28; Inhabitants of Village Arli Danoa and others V/s State of J&K and others after hearing HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE TASHI RABSTAN, JUDGE ORDERED as:-
As per the status report filed by Deputy Commissioner, Reasi on 12.04.2016, a committee was constituted and after conducting the survey, selected the site of Tan Talab at Khasra No. 749 situated at Village Kundrorian, Reasi for municipal solid waste processing facilities.
Mr. S.S. Nanda, learned Sr. AAG shall file a latest status report, showing that whether the waste management plan on the site referred in the earlier status report has been established or not, by or before the next date of hearing, failing which the Deputy Commissioner, Reasi shall appear in person on the next date of hearing.
