Srinagar, April 09: LG Manoj Sinha flagged off 'Athwas', a unique partnership between citizens & authorities for rejuvenation of Dal lake.
He added that de-weeding & dredging to be conducted in collaboration with the citizens & so effective community participation is vital to develop and conserve ecological heritage.
