Jammu, Dec 11: KPS officers from 1999 to 2014 batch have reportedly thanked CM Mehbokba for taking up their cadre issue which will make them eligible for getting DIG and IGP posts without being inducted to IPS.
Sources told Cross Town News that KPS officer may plan for a mass protest leave from 1st Jan 2017.

Sources told Cross Town News that KPS officer have reportedly said that J&K police has the highest sacrifices with lead from KPS and If their geniune demands would not be fulfilled they may go on mass leave .

Sources told Cross Town News that the KPS officers only want parity with KAS and nothing more and regarding that deputation met CM Mehbooba.
