JAMMU, NOVEMBER 27- Minister of State for Education, Technical Education, Culture, Tourism, Department of Horticulture, Floriculture and Parks, Priya Sethi today said that we need to understand and nurture the aptitude and abilities of children to help them to achieve their potential optimally.
The Minister was speaking at the annual day celebrations at Wazir Janki Nath Memorial Higher Secondary School Jammu here today.
The Minister said that education is a mission to prepare our children to be better individuals and assets to the nation. She said it is vital that parents get involved in the activities of their children because they their quality time and presence is the key encouragement for them.
The students presented a colourful cultural programme dedicated to the valor of the soldier.
She also congratulated the management, staff and students of the school for putting up such an impressive event. Priya said that such events give a platform to the students to exhibit then talent and boosts their confidence.
She also wished the management and students great success in all their endeavours and expressed hope that school shall achieve new heights.
Also present on the occasion were Joint Director Information, T R Shastri, School Management, parents and students of the school.
