JAMMU, Nov 26: DC Ramban Mohd Aijaj has written a letter to IG Traffic , Shafkat Watali over prevailing corruption on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway.
As per letter copy available with Cross Town News, Aijaj has mentioned that he received communication on WhatsAPp , the difficulty faced by complainant and he has to pay a cut to Traffic cop to move ahead on road.
