Jammu, November 24: To review the functioning and working of Digital India Land Records Modernization Programme (DILRMP) being executed by M/S Ramtech Software Solution Pvt Ltd, the Minister for Revenue, Relief and Rehabilitation, Syed Basharat Bukhari today instituted a seven member committee.

The committee will work for effective implementation of Digital India Land Records Modernization Programme (DILRMP).

The committee will be headed by Financial Commissioner, Relief and Rehabilitation Department with Financial Commissioner, Revenue, Commissioner Secretary, Revenue Department, Commissioner Secretary, Transport Department, representative from National Informatics Centre and in charge Central Record Room, Srinagar as its members. Commissioner, Survey and Land Records (Ex-Officio Settlement Commissioner) J&K, shall be the Member-Secretary of the Committee.

The committee will review the progress at regular intervals. Besides supervision, it will also suggest appropriate measures to expedite the work of Settlement Operations assigned to the service provider.
