Jammu, Dec 15: All the newly elected Directors of Jammu Cooperative House Building Society, Apna Vihar Colony who were declared elected unopposed by Returning Officer Naib Tehsildar Digiana before the date of election notified by Registrar Cooperative Societies J&K, Jammu have been restrained by High Court to carry on any activity of the Society till filing of objections by the other side.
All the seven Directors including Kewal Saini, Malvinder Singh Dutta, Pritam Singh Jamwal, Chowdhary Chaman, Vijay Sharma and Rajesh Sharma all from Apna Vihar besides Raj Kapoor of South-X Colony of the Society have been restrained to carry out any activity pertaining to the Society.
