Jammu, Nov 27:Lt Governor is doing his best to streamline the system in J&K UT but number of Officer/officials of JKUT could not change their behaviour.
Pertinent to mention here that as per law & rules, Govt vehicle is only provided to Govt Officer for his official use only but number of Officer mis using powers in violation of laws/rules used it for private work causing loss to Govt exchequer & public taxes by way of petrol & other wear & tear charges.
Senior JKAS Officer, HoD of an independent Department has been found relaxing at 10.35 PM , with vehicle parked outside the place and may be even after that , when the said Officer should have been role model for public to follow Jammu Admin's night curfew order also , not being a field functionary too.
