SRINAGAR, Nov 25: IGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar said 144 terrorists killed in Kashmir in 2021.
IGP Kashmir said " So far 144 terrorists and 2 civilians killed in cross firing in encounters in Kashmir this year.
Last year 207 killed and only one civilian killed in encounters.
So far only 3 three civilians killed in cross firing during encounters in last two years that is lowest collateral damage in last three decades."
